What are bZoodles?

bZoodles (buh-ZOO-duhls) are a very low-carb noodle that stretches, feels, and tastes just like egg noodles. They are mostly egg with a special ingredient, transglutaminase. Carl Franklin discovered them in 2019. After getting good reviews from foodie friends, he started writing The bZoodle Cookbook.

About Carl Franklin

Carl Franklin was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2015. In 2016, he went on a ketogenic diet, lost 80 pounds, and reversed his diabetes.

Along with his keto guru, Richard Morris, Carl started a podcast early in 2016 to document his progress and flesh out the science behind keto and why it works.
